As a former family business owner, Dave is intimately familiar with family issues in business. Conscious of these issues, he started the Next Generation program for the National Tooling and Machining Association in 1997. This program remains active and successfully aids in identifying family issues and providing solutions. Additionally, he has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses on Family Business at the University of Dayton since 2008.
